Tyler Renaudin
President

Team Member Bio

Tyler started Renaudin Builders with his Wife, Catherine, because of their love and passion for creating beautiful homes and custom tailored living spaces. Over the years they recognized the importance of the customer experience while building the home of their dreams. He was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and received a BBA from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University. Tyler also serves on the Board of SouthStar Bank, a regional bank with 17 branches throughout Texas. Tyler and Catherine have 4 children, Molly, Charlotte, Tyler Jr. and Reid.

Michael Chase
Project Manager

Team Member Bio

Michael was born in Houston, TX and is a graduate of Texas A&M. After A&M, He went to Kanakuk Kamp’s Biblical leadership program, The Kanakuk Institute, in Branson, MO. Michael and his wife, Parker, married in 2019 and together they lead YoungLife at The Kinkaid School. They love all things active and outdoors.

Prior to joining Renaudin Builders Michael was a Project Manager with Rausch Coleman Homes in Houston, TX where he managed every aspect of new construction homes.

Bryan Epperson
Senior Project Manager

Team Member Bio

Bryan has been in the residential construction business all of this life, working for his father who was a custom home builder, when he was younger. Prior to joining Renaudin Builders, Bryan worked for Sebastian Construction Group, one of the most premier residential builders in all of Texas, as well as Michael Thurman Custom homes, focusing on high end custom homes in River Oaks. With over 30 years of custom home construction experience, Bryan provides a high quality of oversight to all of our projects. 

Tra Fraley
Senior Project Manager

Team Member Bio

Tra started his residential construction career in 1998 the same year he graduated from Texas A&M University. Since graduation his focus has been on high end custom homes in the River Oaks, Tanglewood and Memorial areas of Houston.

Four years ago he and his family moved to College Station to continue his career in not only custom homes but also timber frame barns and ranch projects. With over 20 years of experience Tra brings a wealth of knowledge with a keen eye for detail to all of his projects. 

Aly Glosser
Client Relations Manager

Team Member Bio

Aly Glosser serves as our Manager of Client Relations and Internal Operations, ensuring that we provide our clients a seamless experience from start to finish. Aly was born and raised in Houston, Texas and obtained her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Renaudin Builders, Aly worked as a consultant at Deloitte where she developed digital marketing acumen, sharpened client relationship management skills, and reimagined complex customer experiences. Aly has had continuous exposure to the residential design and construction industry through family businesses and through her time working at Wisenbaker Builder Services. Outside of work, Aly enjoys spending time on Lake Livingston with friends and family!

Back Office Support

Renaudin Builders’ accounting back office office administration further enhances our client experience, improving overall management of project budgets, costs, and timing.

Debi bon

Debi graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Nebraska with an emphasis in Taxation. She went on to work in public accounting in South Texas & Florida and worked as an Assistant Controller for an International Software Company in San Diego, CA before settling in Houston to raise her 3 kids.

Debi is responsible for running the accounting department, filing tax returns and reviewing financial statements along with a slew of other activities to keep our office running smoothly.

Liz Lorick

Liz is a CPA and graduated  from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. She previously worked at Ernst & Young LLP in its Assurance Services division. Her industry experience includes construction, banking, real estate, manufacturing, and oil & gas. 

Liz oversees our bookkeeping and prepares our financial reports and budget updates for clients and projects. 

Lucie Murphree

Lucie handles our office coordination, bookkeeping, and management of Renaudin Builders sub-contractor accounts.  This includes invoicing, Master Service Agreements, W9’s, Insurance and other contracts. 

She has over 20 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping and has deep appreciation for structure, organization and teamwork. Lucie is married with one daughter and values family above all else.
