Mark has worked in residential construction for over a decade, beginning his career as a Master Carpenter before moving into project management for large custom homes—bringing his experience from Australia to Houston. Originally from Sydney, he grew up surfing, fishing, and embracing the outdoors while building high-end homes. After meeting his wife, Alexandra—a native Texan—in Sydney, he relocated to the Lone Star State in 2020. Before joining Renaudin Builders, Mark worked as a Project Manager with Sneller Custom Homes in Spring, TX, where he oversaw numerous custom renovations and new builds.

Tra began his residential construction career in 1998, the same year he graduated from Texas A&M University. Since then, he has focused on high-end custom homes in Houston’s River Oaks, Tanglewood, and Memorial areas.

In 2018, Tra and his family moved to College Station, where he expanded his work to include not only custom homes but also timber frame barns and ranch projects. With over 20 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail to every project.

Ryan began his career in residential construction after obtaining a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from John Brown University in 2017. Prior to joining Renaudin Builders, he managed high-end custom home builds and renovations in The Woodlands area with Matt Powers Custom Homes. Ryan is dedicated to the details and strives to create an enjoyable experience for all of his clients. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hunting, hiking, and spending time with his wife & family.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Colton graduated with a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University. He spent five years working in high-end custom home building and renovations with Alair Homes, managing projects across the Greater Houston Area. Colton now lives in Tomball, Texas, with his high school sweetheart, Kaili, and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and staying active in sports. Grounded in faith, family, and hard work, Colton continues to build both quality projects and lasting relationships in his community.

Josh serves as our Custom Care and Warranty Manager, ensuring that each completed home remains in pristine condition well beyond the construction phase. A Katy, TX native, Josh graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2025 with a degree in Construction Science. In his free time, he enjoys working on classic cars and spending time outdoors

Adrianna serves as a Project Coordinator, helping ensure a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish. Originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, Adrianna graduated with a BBA from the University of Oklahoma. She found her way to Houston while working for Phillips 66 before switching careers to join Renaudin Builders. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son and is always on the hunt for the best burger.

Morgan grew up in Katy, Texas, and attended Texas A&M University. After nearly four years in San Antonio’s luxury remodeling industry, she returned to the Houston area with her family and joined the Renaudin team as a Project Coordinator. Morgan brings a strong background in project coordination and management along with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and their two kids. Whether they’re swimming in their backyard pool or playing outside together, she cherishes every moment with her family.

Sarah joined Renaudin Builders in the summer of 2025 after graduating from LSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business. An alumna of The Kinkaid School, she’s excited to be back in her hometown of Houston. In her free time, Sarah loves being with her family and her dog, Bailey. You can often find her relaxing at La La Land coffee shop in her free time.

Brittany serves as our Accounting Manager, overseeing our accounting, finance, and reporting functions. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas and obtained her BBA from The University of Georgia and her Masters in Accounting from The University of Houston. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has over fifteen years of experience across various industries and leadership roles.

Jamie has been a full-charge bookkeeper for over 20 years, with the last decade focused on Construction Project Accounting. Originally from Joplin, Missouri, she moved to Texas as a young child. Jamie has three adult children and seven grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Lola, an American Staffordshire Terrier, as well as attending church and fishing.
